ReDuplicator i3 MK3x - Titan Aero Mount Piezo Remix
thingiverse
**UPDATE:** V1.0 is now live. The split STL design allows both parts to be printed independently, reducing the need for supports and minimizing wasted filament. This results in a cleaner, faster print. The lower support for the extruder housing has been re-added, along with a mounting point for the Piezo PCB above the motor using 4 mm standoffs. This creates space for piezo-to-board leads and features a cutout for PCB-to-controller leads, designed specifically for the PCB from https://www.precisionpiezo.co.uk. Mounting holes for the piezo PCB are reinforced for added durability. The rear plate has been thickened to ensure that when printing at 0.40mm, there's no hole where the cutout for soldered leads on the piezo disc is located. An extended bevel at the rear maintains a flush profile when mounting to OmNomNomagon's X carriage rear plate. ======================================== This design combines elements from two existing designs: OmNomNomigon's ReDuplicator i3 MK3x E3D Titan Aero Mount and DjDemonD's Aero Mount for piezo z-probe. The BLTouch z-probe mounting arm has been removed, as it's not required with a piezo z-probe, and also helps to save weight. This is a proof of concept that hasn't been thoroughly tested yet, but it should work if installed in the same manner as DjDemonD's piezo z-probe mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2526978
