An aged project (only reducing gear) employs software from СONTITECH firm for calculating belt gears and pulleys, providing reducer parameters. The chosen EMRAX electric motor by ENSTROJ is 60 kW. Belt tension is adjusted via eccentric turning and fixing (2 mm eccentricity). FEM analysis isn't conducted. Materials include Aluminium-6061 and Stainless Steel, with screws and bearings following GOST Standard.
