Written sources and oral testimonies indicate that a surveillance post and a telegraph cable were located here to report the arrival of enemy planes in Balmaseda during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939).\nTwo distinct walls are visible, forming a 90-degree corner, with a large collapse inside the building.
