Reducer 10mm to 4mm

I build a little sandingbox for my wife. But for dustremoval it needs a connection to our housholf vaccum (Philips). Also i drilled holes for the dustcollection into the upper side with 10mm diameter. It seems like the holes were to big and the vaccum wasn't that great. So i reduced the 10mm holes to 4mm bei inserting this little thing. Also i designed one inlet without an inner hole for closing up some 10mm holes as i drilled to many of them. For buildplate-adhesive it needs a brim of 4mm.
