The plate is compatible with Cherry MX and clone switches, making it easy to upgrade or replace existing components. This entire project requires hand-wiring skills, which can be challenging but rewarding for enthusiasts. To simplify the process, I have uploaded a schematic and an image containing switch locations to aid in wiring. By following this guide, users can easily implement the [QMK Redox firmware](https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/redox), making it a seamless experience. **Update**: A new version of this project is available, offering improved functionality and ease of use. The Redox rev.1 supports a custom PCB designed by me to simplify the building process. For more information, visit [The Redox repository](https://github.com/mattdibi/redox-keyboard). **Update2**: I have added a modified version of the plate that utilizes 1u keycaps in favor of 1.25u keycaps, reducing material waste and simplifying production. The new plate files are: `PlateL1u.STL` and `PlateR1u.STL`.
