Detailed patterns of unusual weathering textures in rocks are depicted in the Redhead4 image. Irregular surface features cut across bedding and appear to be controlled by micro arrays of carbonate veins arranged in an en-echelon pattern. This phenomenon occurs within the Devonian to Carboniferous Kiwarrak Beds at Hallidays Point, New South Wales, Australia, where the coordinates are -32.05803 latitude and 152.5476 longitude.
