dtarril's "Life Counter Side By Side" stands out as the most impressive counter I've found that can be printed on a single extruder printer without appearing messy or taking an eternity to refine with a nail file. I completely revamped the number wheels so that they're not entirely hollow. Instead, I added a 1.4 mm backing to enable printing them as a single solid object, eliminating the need to print the wheels and numbers separately. Printing these counters in a single color is perfectly fine, but I highly recommend changing colors after the 1.4mm mark for enhanced contrast.
