Look at V2 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:766843) for detailed instructions. UPDATE: Oct 21, 2015 I've yet to find the time to print and try this out... Download v3 all parts.rar, which includes sorted and categorized files. Added source files (123 design) and renamed some .stl files. Files for 10mm rods on x are included, as well as files for 12mm rods on all axes. Two belt tensioners have been added - one for the X-Carriage and the other for the x z holder L - but may not work perfectly. A complete set of cable chains has also been added, but note that the x one might collide with the filament, so you'll likely need to move the filament spool to the left side. The extruder mount.stl file has been tweaked with additional holes for cable management for the extruder. New X-Carriage files all use GT2 belts. Check out MichaelAngeles pictures and files for more ideas. Redesigned K8200 Y bearing holder is suitable for LM10UU or IGUS, while the redesigned K8200 Y belt holder features a GT2 belt tensioner. A revised design has also been created for the K8200 Z Holder anti backlash using TR10x2 with 17mm nut. One remaining task is figuring out how to attach and support the heatbed - maybe using MDF would be the way to go... Here's what you'll need: A K8200 or 3Drag printer, plus some extra screws, nuts, and washers (m3, m4, m5, m8). An M8 threaded rod around 50 cm in length is required to achieve a z axis height of 300 mm. A heatbed measuring 200x300mm will be needed, as well as two rods with diameters of 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm and lengths of about 450mm. Longer belts are also required, plus some zip ties. Optionally, it's probably a good idea to get: Two springs for the backlash on (z_holder_endstop.stl) and (z_holder.stl). A Nema 17 stepper motor will be needed, along with another M8 threaded rod, couplers, GT2 belts, and pulleys.
