Redesigned extruder idler

To enhance Greg Wade's Herringbone extruder idler, I fixed a recurrent issue where springs would fall out of position, resulting in lost prints or constant monitoring. My solution is now available for you to print with either support for the base retract or without, filing as needed post-print for proper idler shape; this guarantees that your idler springs will stay in place. I've also designed the improvement using AutoCAD 2000 (dwg format).
