Redesigned Door Stop
thingiverse
I've taken it to the next level since the original model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:855943) works incredibly well. It's been standing guard at my front entrance for over a year and a half, protecting a large glass wall from potential harm. With NinjaFlex, this design will be virtually unbreakable. Update: I didn't realize how compact it was initially. To ensure proper clearance between the door and wall, I've added 10mm to the top of the design. Printing Details Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: No rafts are needed for this print. Supports: None required for this sturdy design. Resolution: The print resolution is set at .2 mm. Infill Density: 35% infill ensures optimal strength and durability. Printing Notes I use a high-speed printing setup with my MakerBot, achieving speeds of up to 2000 mm/min. To maintain quality, I reduce the speed by 50% on the outer layer and enable fast xy movements at 4000mm/min. For solid prints, I aim for an 80% temperature setting at 240 degrees Celsius.
