The individual structure weight is 22.4 kg, and for five pieces, the total weight amounts to 112 kg. To create an easy-to-manufacture, affordable, and sturdy structure, I devised a plan that required adjusting component positions for a more linear fixation, eliminating torque force from the original model. By aligning holes with the U-frame's center, I achieved better results and reduced material thickness, lowering production costs.
