I was impressed by the prototype but desired an enhanced version with faster print times and a more comprehensive surface demonstration. To expedite production, I streamlined the design so that it prints in linear passes without fill, eliminating unnecessary time-consuming steps. Additionally, I eliminated the line thickness test and replaced the bottom solid section with a pyramid and dome to showcase typical edge cases. The revised model now prints in half the original time. However, I needed to set the first layer thickness to 0.2 mm in Cura 3. For labeling, I utilized a Dymo Letratag on the backs of the samples.
