A quick part I designed for the Redcat Shredder V2 1/6 scale RC truck while waiting for a replacement to arrive. I uploaded two versions: one with 25T teeth like the stock part and one with no teeth. I had trouble printing the 25T teeth on FDM. On my resin printer the teeth printed fine but the part wasn't durable. The no teeth part is holding up really well. I printed from CFPC carbon fiber infused polycarbonate filament at 100% infill at 285C. Align the no teeth horn over the servo gear and tap on it with a hammer. The metal teeth on the servo will cut their way snugly into the part and it shouldn't slip I printed with supports and then punched out the servo screw support with a hex screw driver.
