I designed this Housing for the Everest-10 but it may work on other similar center diff style trucks. I used the following parts to fill the housing:Locker(housing is designed around these dimensions. I can't guarantee others will fit): https://a.co/d/0F0lh6SWraith universal joint axles x2( You can purchase 2 sets and use the 2 short axles or purchase 1 set and cut the long axle down to match the short yourself):https://a.co/d/4UFoyT7Overdrive gear set( you can choose whatever ratio you want but it needs to be axial based so that the screw pattern matches the locker):https://a.co/d/08ri2xyWraith c-hubs:https://a.co/d/1wGYGAbWraith Knuckles( I went with brass to get some weight down low):https://a.co/d/ilBMlEjI seen this kit that included a couple of the parts needed as a kit listed super cheap but I had already purchased and assembled mine. Everything should fit but I can't 100% guarantee because I haven't actually tested but hubs and brass knuckles for under 16 shipped is a deal that is probably worth a shot.https://a.co/d/a0u58reHousing on the truck in pic is an earlier design. The unassembled housing in pic is the current design included in the stl files. Only changes were to maximize ground clearance and reduce drag points. This housing will land about 6mm shorter than the stock axle hex to hex. You have 3 options for resolve:1 Live with it2 print both front and rear axles so they are the same3 Use offset hex extenders (This is the option I chose. Im using injora brass extenders. You can get them in many lengths. I chose to go 15mm front 12mm rear which gave me the 6mm offset front to rear needed. Printed from overture PETG at 240c on 90c bed .6nozzle .2 layer height 100%infill with brim and tree support. Place housing mating faces on down towards bed. Most of the post processing cleans up easy. The splined hubs are easily cleaned up by sliding the alum c-hub on/off while the axle housing is still in halves. If you wait until housing is assembled they will hard to push on.Thanks to daver18qc as I used his Everest gen 7 mod axle as a base to build from. Thanks to FamilyManTJC for the servo plate that I used for dimensions, creating the base for the servo plate to mount to.
