Red Squirrel Compact Fan Housing - Ender 3 Pro CR-10 - 5015 Rev1

This is a fresh design! If you create one, please post it and provide feedback. I've made some adjustments and uploaded Rev1 based on your comments and my own use - just continuous improvement stuff. Rev1 notes are at the bottom. Also, I'm puzzled about why file previews aren't working on thingiverse? I designed this housing after getting a CR-10 V2 and loving its cooling fan housing. I'd been using a Hero Me single 5015 with good results, but wanted something more compact. This design is about 8mm smaller in the X and Y axis. It uses smaller 3x10mm air ports to create higher velocity air directed right at the base of the nozzle. I tested the flow from each port using a flow meter, and it's exactly the same on each port, so there should be good symmetrical part cooling. This design is also inspired by the Hero Me; you'll need the HM_Base_Lock_No_ABL to install it. It's compatible with various ABL sensor mounts for Hero Me. I've printed them and tested the fit, but I don't use ABL, so I can't test them. Get what you need here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3182917 **ABL offsets should be the same as Hero Me recommends since the sensor and nozzle are in the same positions (please correct me if I'm wrong)** Print the main section with the back side down, 40x40 hot end cooling fan face up. You'll need supports, touching buildplate only. If you use supports everywhere, they will fill the air ducts with support, and they won't work! I used .2 layers, 3 walls, 1.2mm top and bottom, and 20% infill. Print the clamp flat on the bed with the groove down and pin up. No supports needed. I used .2 layers and 4 or 5 walls for extra strength. The fan guard is something I drew up quickly but like it. It just presses in place. Print face down. Be careful removing it from the bed; too much adhesion, and it will be ruined. It's nice and quiet, though. *NEW* 11/25/2020-Added a new shroud for the Aibecy 2 in 1 out hot end. This is working great on my Ender 3 Pro! *NEW* 3/28/20-Added the 4010 blower adapter so you can now use your stock fan with this unit! However, I haven't tried it... so if you do, please let me know how it works. You probably will want to print it standing up with supports. **Rev1 updates...** * Made some tweaks to the area where the Hero Me parts interface. They fit better now, and the flange is a little thinner so the screws will have more threads into the plate behind the duct. * Added vent holes to the left side of the duct to improve cooling air flow and try to reduce the amount of air blowing down below the duct. You still want some airflow down there to keep the duct from warping. * Increased the height of the groove on where fan wires are routed. * Added some material to the front 5015 fan mount * Added a longer boss for the rear 5015 fan mount with a hole for optional #4-40 or 3mm screw. (I don't use one) * Added optional Red Squirrel logo fan guard * Tweaked screw fits and clearances on the duct and clamp
