The statue clearly originates from the middle of the Eighteenth Dynasty, showcasing a regal figure clad in the white crown of Upper Egypt, likely representing Tuthmosis III or his successor Amenophis II. Later, the names of Ramesses II were inscribed on the belt and shoulders, while those of Merneptah adorned the chest. Crafted around 1450BC, this ancient relic was discovered at Thebes within the Temple of Karnak.
