Print out the wrapper twice. It's a simple and fast print because I used "Vase mode," also known as "Spiralize Outer Contour." This setting makes the walls just as thick as your nozzle. Print this in VASE mode, which Cura calls "Spiralize Outer Contour option under Special Modes".
