Red Cathedral Game Box Organizer with Lids
prusaprinters

There are several Red Cathedral organizers out there already, but this one is specifically designed for vertical game storage. The resource and player trays have sliding lids, to keep everything in place when vertical. The cards and tokens don't need lids since it's nearly impossible for them to shift while the game box lid is on.

Since the Red Cathedral box is very small to begin with, several of these components have walls only 2 perimeters thick (i.e. around 0.85mm walls) in order to fit in the box. Ensuring your printer is well tuned or printing slowly is advised. That will also help with the lids, as they are a fairly precise fit. I used a layer height of 0.25mm and the lids work great. Should work fine with smaller layers as well, e.g. 0.2mm. Before printing the large resource tray and lid, start with a player bin and lid, to ensure the lid fits well for you. It may take a little pressure to slid the lid on the first time, but after that it should go on and off smoothly.

If you don't plan to store the game vertically, you can just skip printing the lids!

As with similar organizers for this game, if you just keep one instruction manual language in the box, there is no box lid lift.
