Enhance your RecycleBot V2.2+ safety with this chain guard, preventing finger injuries in the waste plastic extruder. With the RecycleBot's eco-friendliness in mind when using recycled plastic, learn more about its capabilities and check out related designs by Aubrey L. Woern, et al. To create this guard, print two parts on your preferred open-source 3D printer and cut out a sturdy board wall (using a laser cutter if you're skilled). Assemble the pieces with screws, attaching it to the gear end of the RecycleBot's main holder for the auger. Thanks to Buck for designs and fitting, and an OSHA inspector for the recommendation. Consider making a customized version for other extruders like Lyman if needed.
