Recycle-Fountain pen holder from scrap Pla- Recycle
thingiverse
I carefully gathered scrap Pla, melting it into a square, bottomless metallic form with a non-stick paper backing sheet securely underneath. I then shattered the plastic into tiny pieces and placed them in the oven at 240 C (460 F), waiting for the plastic to melt uniformly throughout. Once it was melted, I removed the metallic form from the oven and after just one or two minutes, I firmly pressed the pens and ink bottle into the still-warm plastic. It's essential to exercise caution when working with Lamy pens, as they too are made of plastic and can become deformed under heat. After pressing, I gently pushed and pulled the items for about 1-2 seconds.
