Rectangular speaker Grill

I'm constructing a bartop arcade cabinet with a twist, inspired by IliketoMakeStuff's design. To create an immersive experience, I ripped apart old Pro Sound 2000 Stereo Speakers from Micro Center (http://www.microcenter.com/product/220684) to craft the sound system. The speakers are rectangular and measure 2" x 3 5/8" in size. After a quick search, I discovered that speaker covers were not readily available, so I turned to Thingiverse for inspiration. Wsy's design caught my eye, and I modified it to fit my rectangular speakers perfectly. This is version one of the project, and I'm already thinking about adding screw holes to make assembly easier. Additionally, I'm concerned about potential STL issues that might arise during printing. The model cleared Netfabb, but I suspect some double walls may cause problems when printing begins.
