Recovered Mukilteo's T Dock Terry

On 2021-02-06, we brought a buoy back to the surface after it had been found sunken upright at 130 fsw near the Mukilteo T-Dock. This model played a crucial role in identifying and caring for the "buoy" so that it could be restored. As it turned out, this was an intentional installation known as T-Dock Terry, which started life as a Punching B.O.B (Body Opponent Bag). Once the object was thoroughly cleaned up, it indeed separated into two distinct parts.
