Check out the updated version of his recorder design on YouMagine! After some minor tweaks, he finally got it working, thanks to nycdesigner, tbuser, and landru's helpful suggestions. The recorder is a classic woodwind instrument often used in elementary music classes due to its ease of use. Now, with 3D printing technology, everyone can create their own recorder for beautiful music or screeching sounds. To print the revised version 2.2, use high infill settings. Alternatively, you can print individual parts. Sharpen the lip's edge and assemble the pieces. Adjust the foot to fit your pinky finger comfortably. The top of the recorder and mouthpiece are connected with a longer connector for tuning purposes. If all holes are covered initially and uncovered one-by-one, high notes may sound flat. Use the key chart on Wikipedia to find the proper tones for each note.
