Switch your recorder from whistle to side blown flute recorder today by making this fun project a reality. Replace the standard whistle of a recorder with a side blown flute attachment that's easy to use. Simply insert the fingering tube of any standard soprano recorder and play it just like before, using the same familiar fingering positions. If the hole in this 3D design is too small, microwave one inch of water for 45 seconds, then dip the insert end into the hot water for 10 seconds to soften the PLA material. Carefully insert it for a snug fit, being careful not to burn yourself in the process.
