This massive Etowah Complicated Stamped vessel ranks among sixty identical jars unearthed at the Long Swamp site. It emerged as individual fragments of pottery from a small pit located along the site's terrace area, likely serving as a food production or refuse disposal site. The intricately patterned diamond motif etched onto its surface indicates that this jar was crafted around 900 years ago.
