Accordingly Wikipedia: The reco-reco (also known as the raspador, caracaxá or querequexé) is a scraper of African origin used as a percussion instrument in Brazilian music, but also in many Latin American countries, where it's known as güiro, güira, guayo and guacharaca. Traditionally, the reco-reco was made from a sawtooth notched cylindrical body made of bamboo or wood, played with a wooden stick. The instrument is used in Capoeira and in many styles of Brazilian music, such as samba and related genres. I've designed this model looking at different designs. I've decided to add rings all over the design for an open use of it. Finally, it produces a pretty good and loud sound. Enjoy it and let me know if you make your own one! The reco-reco and stick are 20 cm high unless you change the scale. Reco-reco: Print it vertically. Layer height is 0.3 mm. Infill density should be at least 25%. Infill pattern Gyroid is recommended. Print speed of 60 was good for me. A raft is highly recommended. No supports are needed. Stick: Print it vertically. Layer height is 0.3 mm.
