Originally, I was going to exclude this information, but since it might be useful to someone, I've included the Solidworks 2010 design files. When I realized that the release handle on our lounge suite's end seats broke a year ago, I thought of designing a new one using my RapMan printer. To make it printable without support, I split the handle into two parts. To assemble the handle, insert an M4 nut into the square opening on the "arm" and then place the "top" part on top, securing it with an M4 screw. Remember to print one of each piece.
