Reciprocating engine fidget

This fidget is based on the reciprocating motion from a piston engine. Initially, it was created with only two pistons but was later reworked to accommodate the third one. Print Settings 0.2mm layer height 100% infill Medium / low speeds (dependent on the desired finishing quality) I did not use a brim since I have a PEI sheet, however, I recommend doing so as some parts might lift if they do not stick well enough to the bed. Instructions / Assembly Print all available files, ensuring that the file pieces are printed with support as one of the connecting rods requires it and I was unable to add it manually. The other files have generated support already. After printing them, remove the supports so the pistons can move freely without any issues. This fidget is designed to be fitted with a 22mm outer diameter by 8mm inner diameter radial bearing. Parts were manufactured (excluding the hole for the bearing) with a tolerance of 0.2 to 0.5 (pistons have the largest margin), allowing them to fit nicely together. 1 - Fit the bearing into the base of the fidget. The tolerance is tight on this one, so you may need some pushing or "hammering" using a rubber-type hammer or something similar. 2 - Take one connecting rod and slide the side with the smallest hole into the bottom of the piston. Insert the pin or an M3x12 screw tip through the side of the piston with the largest hole passing through the smallest hole of the connecting rod. Make sure to check the order of the connection rods as you reach step 5. This needs to be done three times for the three pistons. 3 - Insert the bottom cap. 4 - Insert the top cap with the largest cylinder inserting into the bearing. 5 - Take the piston/connection rod assembled in point 1, and with the connecting rod going first from outside to inside, slide it into one of the cylinders on the fidget main part. Insert the connecting rod end into the small cap on the top cap of the bearing (pay attention to the piston order below). This has to be done three times, but make sure to pay attention to the order of the rods as the first must have the hole at the bottom of the cap, the second must have the hole in the middle, and the third must have the hole on top. 6 - Take the small cap and insert it into the top cap on the small cylinder to complete assembly.
