The lens is first generation Google Cardboard. I had it lying around, but shouldn't be hard to source. The LEDs are 5 mm straw hat, white. I used cold whites, but it is possible to interleave 3 each of warm and cold whites for better CRI I guess. Use plenty of hot glue. The lithium cell I used came from an old feature phone. There are slots for a microUSB breakout board and a standard switch. I used a custom TP4056 charging board, but there should be enough space for a standard one depending on the size of the battery. If you put a resistor in series with the LEDs (and you should), make sure it doesn't contact the plastic and melt it.
