Working on multi-piece prints that fit perfectly together. Time to revisit an old favorite show: Reboot! I'll print each piece and then carefully assemble them into one complete unit. Each component fits snugly against the others, holding itself in place without any need for glue or additional fasteners. You can add a small pin back to secure everything if you prefer, but it's not necessary - the pieces will hold together just fine on their own. Let me know how your prints turn out! Print Settings: Printer: M3D Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 150 micron Notes: I opted for 100% infill to enhance durability, but this design should work well with lower infills or even without any infill at all. I used PLA filament and strategically placed model supports to keep the hollow sections stable. Post-Printing: Optional: Consider adding a pin backing to complete your print. While glue is not required, it might help reinforce the bond between pieces - but feel free to skip it if you prefer!
