The Murphy Rebel Fairing is designed specifically with flaperons in mind, yet it can be utilized directly on Rebels and Elites featuring individual aileron pushrods without any modification needed. Since this part functions the same way for both wings, it only needs to be printed once. Production Instructions This product was created using a MakerBot Replicator 2. You have the option to print the fairing as is or mold it for a fiberglass lay-up process. A suggested step is to use printing supports due to several benefits. Printing without any support will create droops at peak curves, however, this can provide an easier cleanup compared to using MakerBot's automatic supports. Additionally, the included STP file makes it easy to modify or design custom supports for your own 3D printing requirements.
