Rebel drink coaster to go with Max's Imperial Coaster. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2987605 Print the base in solid plastic, using a 10% infill setting for optimal stability. Meanwhile, create the logo in flexible filament, printing it at 100% density for maximum durability. While a dual extruder is ideal for this design, you can still achieve great results with a single extruder machine by printing the base and logo separately. The flexible filament will snugly fit into place, despite being a tight squeeze. Max's Imperial Coaster carries a no derivatives license, which inspired me to create a similar base using 3D Builder. I designed it with a cylinder and cone shape, offering a versatile template for customization. Included in the download is a blank base design, perfect for remixing your favorite coaster pattern. To use it, center the design within the base using 3D Builder's tools. Scale the design to fit the base, setting its height to exactly 3mm. Move the design upwards, deleting the base and saving the resulting STL file. Reimport the STL into 3D Builder and subtract the base from it, creating a unique coaster design that's all your own.
