Rebar Corner Mount
prusaprinters

I made this simple corner bracket that holds a piece of rebar upright. I attached it to the back corners of my large planter and put chicken wire between them to act as a trellis for my peas. Netting also would have worked.

I pushed the rebar all the way to the bottom of the planter and just put one bracket at soil-level. It seems sturdy, but it might not be a bad idea to put one at the bottom as well. I already had stuff planted and didn't want to dig it up, so I didn't bother. We'll see if it matters. This mount attaches with two wood screws.

Print Settings

Printer Brand: Anycubic

Printer: All-metal Mega

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.3

Infill: 40% Gyroid

Filament: Econofil by filaments.ca PLA Black

Notes:

I used PLA, but PETG or ASA would probably be a better idea if you have some.

Category: Outdoor & Garden
