Any Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) can be solved by installing a single folded sheet of aluminum foil flat against the motors behind the plastic housing. Another layer should also be positioned flat against the rear of the fan in front of the plastic casing, making two layers before the fan. Please let me know if you approve of this approach. This design is revolutionary, as it marks the first instance of a rear-facing turbo style fan used on a Wanhao Duplicator 4. Unlike any other fan configuration, this setup provides unobstructed access to view the front while blowing copious amounts of air from behind. It features no screws; instead, it clips into place. Its snug fit makes installation straightforward – simply clip it on, and you're good to go. Although removing the extruder assembly from underneath may make things easier, you can still achieve this feat without any issues. This custom fan was printed on its side with support using Simplify 3D. Due to its orientation, some users may need to experiment with different support settings, but a suitable configuration should be achievable with practice. A similar fan is available for purchase on eBay – visit the specified link for details: www.ebay.com. The creator extends special gratitude to Luke of New Dimensions for his invaluable input during this development process.
