Rear sight mounted Picatinny rail for and AIRSOFT AK47 / AKM

This is a Picatinny rail designed specifically for AIRSOFT AK47 / AKM models and similar variants. My own Picatinny rail is mounted and carefully modeled after the CYMA CM.048S, but it may also fit other makes and models. If you want to measure before printing, note that my rear sight measures 12mm wide and 3mm thick. The rail itself is 2" long or approximately 55 mm in length. I highly recommend printing it at a 135° angle, as demonstrated in one of the provided pictures above. This will allow for a smooth print with brim and no supports. I was unable to find any existing Picatinny rails designed specifically for mounting on the rear sight block of AKM/AK47 models, so I created this design myself. This Picatinny rail replaces the traditional rear sight slide, as shown in the pictures. It features a friction fit and is designed to work seamlessly with your AIRSOFT rifle. When mounted, the optic may feel slightly loose-fitting due to the rear sight itself. However, from what I can observe, this setup maintains its zero even after the rear sight springs back into position. Please note that THIS DESIGN IS INTENDED FOR USE ON AIRSOFT RIFLES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED ON REAL FIREARMS.
