I printed the part with 100% infill to give it more strength. PETG filament provided plenty of strength even though my clamp area had to be thinner than I preferred to fit my bike. I printed with the 1/4 turn insert area on the bed of the printer to use the least amount of support. I also used threaded inserts melted into the holes with a soldiering iron. They work great. I used the 3mm bolt size insert.
