Rear PSU Cover plate for Cooler Master 120
thingiverse
I constructed a home theater PC (HTPC) and used a PicoPSU power supply unit, which connects via a mini-din port. This left an empty space on the PC case's back. To address this issue, I designed a panel to cover the gap and provide a mounting point for the mini-din. The panel is 2mm thick, as thinner options were too fragile while thicker ones became unwieldy. Printed at either 50% or 60% infill, both options offered sufficient strength for my requirements. To create the design, I utilized AutoCAD for drafting and SketchUp for modeling. The printing settings included one shell layer and an infill percentage of 50-60%.
