Rear Mounted Case for Ender 3 and SKR 1.3/1.4 With Cable Chain Attachment

This is a remix of the right side of the rear mounted electronics case provided by Michael at TeachingTech and of the cable chain from johnniewhiskey for the Ender 3. I really like having the cable chains on my Ender 3 Pro to keep all the wires nice and tidy. After getting a SKR 1.4 Turbo, I found that the printed case to replace the stock Creality one had wires coming out of it in a way that the drawers that I have on the opposite side prevented USB connection and good cable management to the LCD and Raspberry Pi. So, to fix all this and keep all the cables except for the LCD's hidden, I decided to use the rear mounted case system. However, I needed a clean way to hook up the cable chain. This is the result. Two modifications have been made: 1. A cut-out for a fan positioned next to the cross member on the x-axis. 2. The placement of a chain mount at the top right. **Note, I have not yet mounted this on my printer.** I've tested the cable mount but I still need to test the fan clearances. When designing this in FreeCAD, I imported the SKR 1.4 board (thanks BigTreeTech for providing a .step file!) into the workspace to decide where to put the holes. It's going to be a tight fit, but I believe it is necessary to have good cooling!
