Rear light or luggage carrier bracket on rear wheel for Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelec. The Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelecs are very cool, but most of the "normal" extensions and brackets can hardly or not at all be fitted, as the frame is built very specifically / angularly - which is what makes these bikes so special - they are real "eye-catchers". But what do you have a 3D printer for, if not to make something so "impossible" possible. This bracket consists of 2 parts, the upper part is clicked into the frame from behind and then completely placed on top and the second part comes from behind against it and is then fixed with 2 screws (+ small washers). There is then a small holder on it so that you can attach a typical cheap Aldi/Lidl/Rossmann rear light to it, for example. The printing is best done in ASA / ABS or if necessary in PETG, printing time approx. 3.5 hours. If you want to customise it a bit, the Blender file is included. If you print it mirror-inverted (the right Version), you can mount it on the other side of the bike as well and thus you have the possibility to mount a luggage carrier with load distribution downwards. So Geil die Blaupunkt Fiene/Fiete 500 Pedelecs auch sind, die meisten "normalen" Erweiterungen und Halterungen kann man dort kaum bis gar nicht anbauen, da der Rahmen doch sehr Speziell / Eckig gebaut ist - das machen diese Bikes ja auch aus - es sind echte "Hingucker". Aber wozu hat man einen 3D Drucker, wenn nicht dazu um so etwas unmögliches möglich zu machen. Diese Halterung besteht aus 2 Teilen, das obere wird von hinten unten in den Rahmen eingeklickt und dann komplett aufgelegt und der zweite Teil kommt von hinten dagegen und wird dann mit 2 Schrauben (+ kleinen U-Scheiben) befestigt. Dort hat man dann eine kleine Halterung dran so das man z.b. ein typisches Aldi/Lidl/Rossmann Rücklicht dran befestigen kann. Der Druck erfolgt am besten in ASA / ABS oder notfalls in PETG, Druckzeit ca 3,5 Stunden. Wer es noch etwas anpassen möchte für den ist die Blender Datei dabei. Wenn man es z.b. auch noch mal Spiegelverkehrt druckt (Right Version) kann man es auf der anderen Seite des Rades ebenso montieren und dadurch besteht dann die Möglichkeit einen Gepäckträger mit Lastverteilung nach unten zu befestigen. Der Druck erfolgt am besten mit Raft und einigen kleinen Supports so das man wenig Nachbearbeitung hat.
