This is my own version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4768402 Its pretty much the same desing, but since I didn't have any spare screws around, I deciced to copy the original frame cover with the 4 small legs in a "plus+" shape. Thus no need of screws now. It holds strong. I printed without any support at 20% infill.
