thingiverse
When rear arms on the DJI Mavic fracture, they usually break at the slender section adjacent to the motor. Gluing it does not provide sufficient strength because of the small cross-sectional area. This reinforcement bridge connects the broken pieces and also provides ample surface area for the epoxy. Designed specifically to print with a 0.4mm nozzle. 1) Print solid ABS. 2) Clean the drone arm with rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt and oils. 3) Carefully glue with two-part epoxy, ensuring all glue stays clear of the motor. 4) Clamp using a 5/8-inch thick paper binder clip (available at Walmart, Target, Staples, or OfficeMax). 5) Trim excess glue after the epoxy begins to set.
