I like to ream holes to size rather than drill them and have acquired a selection of eBay and other on-line sourced hand reamers. And now I've made handles for them which is more convenient than using one tap wrench for a range of reamers. The square holes are sized to be a light drive fit with the reamer. Designed in MOI, made in Diamond Age PLA on an Ultimaker 1. Instructions I used 1.2mm walls and 20% fill. If the fit is too loose or too tight make an adjustment via the scaling tool in your slicer. Also you can scale up or down to fit other reamer sizes, or imperial rather than metric sizes.
