Reamer Case

A bespoke box case is specifically designed to fit the reamer (refer to specifications below). The case features a secure close mechanism facilitated by two sturdy studs. To ensure added stability, a strategically placed sink hole measures 5.2mm x 2.2mm and enables the use of powerful magnets for extra reinforcement. To optimize space and reduce material usage, I carefully crafted an L-spaced design that incorporates a discreet storage area. For additional safety and durability, 1.75mm filament securely fastens the hinges in place by skewering through precision-crafted pivoting holes and then trimming any excess material. The case was successfully printed with 50% infill at no difficulty whatsoever. It took approximately eight hours to complete printing based on my machine's specific settings.
