Realsky HDRI Overcast 1530 Description: This 32bit HDRI map brings highly detailed real-world lighting to your 3D scenes using the "Image Based Lighting" technique. The map offers ultra high detail (15k) and very high dynamic range in 32bit per channel .exr format, ensuring noise-free results. The supplied 15k jpeg image can serve as a backplate for cinema-quality visuals. This map was captured from real sky conditions using auto bracketing and stitched from RAW files for optimal quality. Included formats in the zip file are: * 15k (15000×7500 pix) 32 bit EXR file * 15k (15000×7500 pix) 8 bit tonemapped JPEG file Measuring dynamic range, this map achieves an impressive 6.81 EVs, exceeding market standards. Sun altitude is set at 15 degrees, while shooting time was 15:30. At the 41st parallel in October, a sun angle of 15 degrees is achieved at 15:30. To calculate the correct time of day for your project, use the sun angle and latitude-longitude coordinates. Tools like Vray Sun or Mental Ray Sun can assist with this calculation. If memory issues arise and high-resolution renders are not necessary, scale down the exr map using Photoshop to utilize a lower-res version. For example, I used a 2k version for sample render tests. This map is also available in Realsky HDRI Six Pack 1.
