Really Slick Pi Zero Case
thingiverse
This sleek Pi Zero case boasts razor-sharp tolerances that can only be achieved through countless iterations. Measuring less than 6mm thick, walls are crafted to perfection at 1.6mm for ideal printing with a 0.4mm nozzle. The case snaps together snugly, but adding some pan-head screws provides standoffs, allowing air flow over the bottom vents. UPDATE: v07c Introduced cutout for effortless MicroSD changing and various other slight enhancements. UPDATE: v08 Ensured compatibility with Pi Zero W. UPDATE: v09b Added 2x20 right-angle headers for easy GPIO connection. Simply solder 2x20 Right angle header inserted with the bottom of connector flush with the bottom of board (farther in than typical). After soldering, trim the pins with a flush cutter to prevent them from extending through the bottom opening. This allows you to build/proto with minimal thickness added. UPDATE: v10a Featured Top Header hole cut. UPDATE: v10b Retained bottom vents while eliminating GPIO access holes. UPDATE: v10c Minimized features to include no GPIO, vent, or SD holes. Countersunk screw holes are strategically placed on the front face.
