Wanted a cool looking extruder knob and couldn't find a realistic looking turbofan here. All credit to "An Engineer" for the original Turbofan design: https://grabcad.com/library/fan-506. Print with the fan facing upward with supports to the build plate enabled. Detect thin walls will also need to be enabled.
