Realistic Ball Bearings 3D model
cgtrader
The ball bearing model comes in two versions: one with a gritty texture and scratches, while the other features a brushed metal surface without any blemishes. Both bearings have high-resolution 8192x8192 diffuse and bump maps for enhanced realism. The rubber seals and circlips share the same texture part but are unwrapped with non-overlapping UVs. This model is available in multiple formats such as Blender 2.70 (with Luxrender materials), 3ds Max 2014 (with Mental Ray and Luxrender materials), and Maya 2013 (with phong textured materials). The Blender format uses mesh smoothing for rendering, which can be adjusted or removed as needed. Additionally, non-native formats like COLLADA, WAVEFRONT, and FBX are provided with low-poly versions without dust and high-poly versions with dust particles. Dust objects can be easily removed if desired. Preview images were rendered using mesh smoothing in Blender with Luxrender, unless otherwise specified. A wireframe preview is also available in the .blend format.
