I picked up a Realacc RX5808 Pro Plus OSD Receiver and needed a custom case for my Eachine Ev200D goggles, so I designed one from scratch. I printed it at 0.15mm layer height with support material. The infill density didn't make a difference in the end result. The receiver fits snugly inside once you remove any leftover support material on top and bottom of the case. It's a tight squeeze, but cleaning up the supports makes all the difference. I made some adjustments to the design by cutting out the control knob space completely. This was necessary because the EV200D goggles sit the receiver very low down, making it difficult to reach in and operate the controls with ease. I wanted to make sure my finger could fit comfortably inside, so I removed the entire section to accommodate my larger finger size.
