These stunning badges are crafted from high-quality veneered plywood, with crisp white symbols precision-crafted into pvc hard foam. To minimize tear and ensure clean cuts, I carefully sliced the badge when the veneer was facing downwards. The intricate build process took place on a powerful desktop CNC machine supplied by Stepcraft, utilizing 6 mm beech plywood and a richly textured darker veneer featuring a sharp 1.2 mm flute with spiral-toothed edges.
