Real Size Viking Sword
thingiverse
1:1 Viking sword. Start fastening the tips together by gluing Blade 1 and 2 part 6, then continue adding each piece one at a time, offsetting each section to create more surface area for the adhesive. Each segment is no longer than 18 cm. You have two options for the pommel and guard: either they come in two separate pieces or just one. Choose the design that suits your preferences best. Next, slide the guard into position, then insert the pommel (you can use glue or heat the tang to make it fit snugly, followed by a gentle hammer tap to secure it). Finally, wrap leather around the handle to create a sturdy grip.
